南京首批8家“线下强制执行退货示范店”露面

The first batch of 8 demonstration stores in Beijing providing customers a full purchase return service was unveiled on March 11. The demonstration stores will follow the principle of "seller’s accountability”. They promise to promptly accept consumers' requests for return and exchange of purchased items. Dedicated service desks will be set for this purpose. The guarantee period for returns and replacement is 14 days from the date of purchase.
